The 1st May 2017 marked a new beginning for all organisations and an opportunity to tackle well publicised skills shortages and low productivity. The reforms to apprenticeships and how they are funded changed significantly from this date and represent a huge opportunity for businesses to develop, upskill and retain their talent.
At this breakfast seminar, we will look further at the apprenticeship reforms and how businesses can best take advantage of them.
Designed for business owners and HR/L&D professionals to help them gain a more thorough understanding of the reforms, the seminar will also be an ideal opportunity to network and share best practice with others.
Alison Bagnall, MD of PWG/The Apprentice Academy will present the session, followed by Q&A.
PWG/The Apprentice Academy specialise in the development of bespoke learning and development programmes for the workforce. Over the last 5 years they have trained over 3,000 leaders and managers and implemented over 1,000 apprenticeship programmes.
